Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 March 2026

These Terms govern use of ZilchPlay.com (the “Service”) operated by ZilchPlay Limited (“ZilchPlay”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility (New Zealand / Adults)

You must be at least 18 years old and located in New Zealand to create an account or use the Service. We may request age/location verification and may suspend accounts we cannot verify.

2. Account rules

  • Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
  • One account per person unless we approve otherwise.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • No cheating, bots, exploits, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
  • No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content or conduct.
  • No selling, transferring, or trading accounts or virtual items unless we expressly allow it.

4. Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service is a social casino entertainment product. Virtual currency/credits and virtual items are for gameplay only, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged. We do not offer prizes of real-world value through gameplay.

5. Virtual currency, items, and purchases

  • We may grant free virtual currency/credits and items, and may also offer optional in-app purchases where available.
  • All grants and purchases are licences to use digital content in the Service; they are non-transferable and may be modified, limited, or removed to maintain the Service.
  • To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, purchases are final and non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, software, artwork, text, logos, and all related content are owned by ZilchPlay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and any associated licences) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose risk to other users or the Service, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the extent permitted.

9. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
